How it started
Kipica was founded in Rijeka in the summer of 2023 around one idea: a simple strategy game crossed with trivia. That idea became Trivia Troops, and the studio grew around it and around the engineering it needed: real-time multiplayer, ratings, content pipelines, events. Today we build our own products and take on selected partner projects where that experience matters.
How we work
We don’t spend six months proving an assumption with code. We prototype quickly, put products in front of real users, measure what happens and invest deeper when the signal is there. The same loop runs on partner projects: a small first version, real people, numbers, then the decision.
